Forced Filtration System

Easy to Clean and Assemble
- Rinse the filter with water or soak it for 5 minutes before use. It is recommended to replace the filter element every 3-4 weeks.
- Open the top cover of the water dispenser and add water to the sink. The water level is between the highest and lowest level.
- Align the top cover of the dispenser with the side tabs and close it.
- Install the soaked filter.
- Plug in the power supply to energize.
Note
- The cat water fountain is for indoor use only.
- It is recommended to add water and clean the water dispenser 1-2 times a week to prevent pet diseases.
- Please hide the power cord and plug to prevent pets from chewing.

Trouble Shooting
Q: Water pump cannot pump water
- The water pump does not work. – Check the power supply and power cord connections.
- The power supply used does not match the power supply of the water pump. – Connect the correct power supply.
- The water inlet or outlet pipe is blocked. – Disconnect power and remove debris.
- The rotor or impeller is damaged. – Replace the rotor or pump.
Q: Water pump flow decreases
- Insufficient voltage. – Check rated voltage and connect correctly.
- The water inlet or outlet pipe is partially blocked. – Disconnect power and remove debris.
Q: Water pump is noisy
- The water inlet part is blocked. – Disconnect power and remove debris.
- The water level is lower than the water inlet of the pump, and the air enters to cause the product to be noisy. – Add water to the water level. -Add water to the water level.
- The rotor lacks lubrication – Add a drop of vegetable oil to the water pump rotor.
- The rotor is not installed in place. – Check and reinstall rotor.
- The rotor hole or shaft is seriously worn. – Replace the rotor or pump.
